  4. When submitting pastes on the ideone.com service, the user irrevocably grants all other users of the ideone.com service the right to view, download, edit, and re-run the code, and to publish derived versions of the code within the ideone.com service, subject to these Terms of Use.

  6. Despite the provider's best efforts, the ideone.com service comes with no warranty, explicit or implied, of availability, merchantability, or fitness for any purpose whatsoever.
  7. The provider of the ideone.com service takes no responsibility, financial or otherwise, for any damage or loss resulting from the use of the ideone.com service, including but not limited to damage to the user's hardware and software.
  8. The ideone.com service operates under Polish law. By using the ideone.com service, the user agrees to be bound by these terms of service and appropriate provisions of Polish law. Use of the ideone.com service is strictly prohibited if such use would be in violation of local law at the user's current location, or if any clause of these Terms of Use is void under local law at the user's current location.
